If you opt to share your name, email address and zip code when you purchase a subscription via iTunes then we will share that information with the publisher of the relevant title.
2. Uses
We may pass your personal information to the publisher of the in-app subscription product for which you have entered a subscription.
We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve Aimer’s apps.
If you have allowed iTunes to share your personal information with us when you purchase an in-app subsciptions we offer you clear options when we ask for personal information and make good faith efforts to provide you access to your personal information upon request. We will let you correct such data if it is inaccurate and delete it when reasonably possible.
3. Data protection
If you have opted to receive direct marketing material or email updates, your personal details will be included in a database compiled for these purposes. From time to time, you may receive direct marketing information from us or from the publishers of apps for which you have subscriptions.
If you have opted to receive direct marketing material or email updates from Aimer but subsequently change your mind, you should notify the user support team at support@aimermedia.com. We will remove your name details from any relevant database as soon as it is practical to do so.
